In order to achieve this we had to find out what exactly is good for our bodies. We then looked at different ways in which people try to improve their health and we found out that there were many things that could help us. We finally came up with some tips to help us be happier and healthier.

We began by looking at what food we eat. We learned that certain foods can be harmful to our health while others are beneficial. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It also makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Insufficient sleep can cause fatigue and stress. This can cause problems like back pain, depression, heart disease and diabetes as well as obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
